DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

The Program is provided on an “as-is” basis and may not be available at all times or on all mobile carriers. We are not responsible for delayed, failed, or misdirected delivery of mobile messages due to carrier or technical issues.

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Program or these Mobile Messaging Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect once posted on our website. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of such changes.
